弊社コンサルチームが企画しているウクライナ避難民向けIT研修が始まりました

国際協力機構（JICA）からの委託を受けて、弊社はポーランド日本情報工科大学（PJAIT）と協力し、「ポーランドウクライナIT人材育成及び在ポーランド避難民支援に係る基礎情報収集・確認調査」の一環として、2025年７月よりIT研修プログラムを開始しました。本研修は、2023年に弊社とPJAITと共同で実施したパイロット研修の続編にあたり、参加者のITスキル向上と就業支援を目的としています。

今回の研修（「ITビジネススキル研修」）では、研修参加者は２週間から４週間にわたり、Excelによるデータ分析、WordPressによるウェブ開発、Pythonプログラミングの基礎を学びます。

この他、2025年10月からは中級〜上級者向けの「ITディプロマコース」を開始します。このコースでは、参加者はAIプログラミングやビッグデータなど、PJAITですでに開講されている大卒レベルの25のIT講座から各自のキャリアにあったコースを選択し、労働市場で即戦力となるスキルを身につけます。このコースの受講料はJICAが全額支援します。

これらの取組を通じて、弊社はロシアの侵攻を受けるウクライナの避難民支援に積極的に取り組み、ウクライナの人々の自立を支援していきます。

ポーランド日本情報工科大学（PJAIT）：1994年に設立され、ポーランド国内及び中東欧地域でIT人材の育成に定評のある大学である。我が国がその発展を支援した経緯もあり、日本とは長い友好の歴史を持つ大学である。

IT training program for Ukrainian refugees in Poland has launched.

Commissioned by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), our company has collaborated with the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJAIT) to begin an IT training program in July 2025. This initiative is part of the “Data Collection Survey on IT training for Ukrainian Refugees in Poland and IT Sector Human Resource Development in Ukraine.” The training builds on the pilot program jointly conducted by JDS and PJAIT in 2023, aiming to enhance participants’ IT skills and support their employment.

In the current training program, titled “IT Business Skills Training,” participants will learn data analysis using Excel, web development using WordPress, and the basics of Python programming over a period of two to four weeks.

Additionally, starting in October 2025, we will open the “IT Diploma Course” for intermediate to advanced learners. In this course, participants will choose from 25 postgraduate -level IT subjects already offered at PJAIT—such as AI programming and big data—based on their career goals, and acquire practical skills to become immediately employable. JICA will fully cover the tuition fees for these courses.

Through these efforts, our company is actively supporting Ukrainian refugees affected by Russia’s invasion and helping them achieve self-reliance.

Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJAIT): Established in 1994, PJAIT is a university with a strong reputation for developing IT professionals in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region. Japan has supported its development, and the university enjoys a long-standing friendship with Japan.
