JDS PRIVACY POLICY
1．How We Collect Personal Information
JDS collects personal information in an appropriate manner without resorting to any fraudulent or other unauthorized means.
2．How We Safely Manage Personal Information
We regularly conduct educational awareness-raising sessions for all of our directors and employees regarding the personal information of experts while implementing security and other safeguarding measures to prevent the loss, destruction, leakage or falsification of and unauthorized access to the personal information we hold on experts.
3．Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will never disclose obtained personal information to any third party without the consent of the expert concerned except in the following instances.
- Such disclosure is required to a business contractor or business partner with which JDS has concluded a confidentiality agreement in advance so that the business concerned can be properly performed.
- Such disclosure is requested by a judicial, administrative organ or any other equivalent organization pursuant to a law or ordinance, etc.
4．Disclosure and Correction, etc. of Personal Information
On receipt of a request from an expert to disclose his/her own personal information held by us, we will swiftly disclose such information to him/her. We will also swiftly respond to a request for correction, addition and/or deletion upon our own investigation results on receipt of such a request from the expert concerned on the grounds of erroneous contents of his/her personal information held by us. However, we will not comply with such a request if we cannot verify that the person making such request is the person concerned.
5．Change of This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change the contents to this Privacy Policy at any time. The revised Privacy Policy will become operative when uploaded to JDS’s Home Page except in those cases separately stipulated by us.
